About Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology
The Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology (MITT) was a public college in Winnipeg teaching trades, health, technology and business certificates, diplomas and post-graduate diplomas from its Henlow Bay, Fultz Boulevard and Pembina campuses. On 28 January 2026 MITT announced it would wind down; since 4 May 2026 it no longer accepts new applications. From Fall 2026, RRC Polytech delivers 19 former MITT programmes at its new South Winnipeg Campus (the former MITT sites). Current MITT students finish with MITT credentials; new students should apply to RRC Polytech.
