About Singapore Management University
Singapore Management University (SMU) was founded in 2000 as Singapore's third public autonomous university. It has eight schools covering accountancy, business, economics, computing and information systems, law and social sciences, plus graduate research. SMU is known for small-class, seminar-style teaching and its city campus in downtown Singapore. Its Lee Kong Chian School of Business holds AACSB and EQUIS accreditation. International students can apply for the MOE Tuition Grant, which lowers fees but requires working for a Singapore-registered entity for 3 years after graduation.
