About Universität Regensburg
The University of Regensburg was founded in 1962 and has a compact campus of about 150 hectares south of the historic city centre. It has 12 faculties and offers roughly 150 degree programmes, with research strengths in physics, medicine and Central and Eastern European studies. Bavaria charges no tuition fees, and the university runs several English-taught master's and double degree programmes.
